    I LOVE COOKIES.

I love baked goods….shoot, who doesn’t?  After years of eating cake, muffins, ice cream, cookies, pie, cinnamon rolls, bread, brownies….you name it….and feeling physically ill afterward, I tried a little experiment.  I STOPPED eating them.  I felt good and I noticed that I wasn’t plagued with occasional bouts of “I feel like I ate a bowling ball” or my head feeling like a fog had set in.  I ate a brownie and whammo, I felt bad again.  After trying to eat several different things and feeling physically sick after each one (some times gaining one pant size over-night) I figured out what it was that was making me sick.  First it was the gluten-filled, enriched, bleached flour.  Yuck.  Next, the BIG offender….WHITE SUGAR.  Now, I’m not one to be told “NO” so I started figuring out a way around things.  I started coming up with creative ways to have goodies and not feel bad.

Through the past 5 years that I have been refraining from “the white death”, I have collected a large amount of recipes that are  A.  Gluten Free  B.  Sugar Free and C.  Vegan.  Part of my food journey resulted in my realizing that animal products don’t make my body happy so I do my darnedest to keep diary, casein and even honey out of the mix.

I am happy to share a fun variety of Gluten-Free, Dairy-Free, Casein-Free and even Vegan desserts.  I am busy making a list of things to offer for sale but for now, would enjoy people contacting me and making requests.  I don’t believe that offering products that people don’t want is beneficial for growing a business but taking requests and building a list of baked goods that people WANT is smart.

Soon to come will be a growing list of baked goods that are good for you or just email me and we’ll talk about what you’re looking for.
